Position

Youngs Insurance Brokers Inc. is hiring a Digital Team Coordinator for the Niagara Falls office that will be responsible for leading our digital and group programs teams.  In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the teams by monitoring sales performance and service productivity. If you are a client-driven individual with a RIBO licence, our growing team wants you! Education/Experience

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in business, or other related areas.

Licence/Certification

  • RIBO (Industry knowledge considered an asset).

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in any capacity.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Efficient computer skills with ability to navigate multiple screens and system platforms.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self- motivated and resourceful with a desire to learn new systems and processes.
