Position Details
Youngs Insurance Brokers Inc. is a leading independent brokerage firm in the Niagara Peninsula. We are seeking an energetic individual for our Help Desk and assisting our IT Network Administrator in our Niagara Falls location. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn with on the job training. Possesses strong time management and interpersonal skills. Being able to take initiative, utilize proper documentation and troubleshoot an issue to the best of their ability would be a definite asset for this candidate.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft Office
- Windows 7 and Window 10
- Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2016
- Active Directory
Basic Knowledge of:
- Firewalls
- Technical Components of PC
- Networking
- Databases & SQL (would be an asset)
Education:
- A diploma in computer sciences (Computer Engineer, Computer Programmer/Analyst, Computer Networking, etc.)
