Position Details

We’re seeking a motivated, qualified, and driven new team member.

The Tregunno Team at Youngs Insurance does not operate like a traditional insurance brokerage. We’re looking for a new team member with their RIBO License to join us in our small, boutique insurance office in Burlington.  We are entrepreneurial, and energetic, with a true passion for our work as well as our office culture. We’re excited to share our vast knowledge and experience with you, and also learn from all of your experiences. We’ll support your personal and professional development and generously reward and celebrate your success.

We currently have a need for a Portfolio Manager  CSR to help manage our personal lines portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Servicing a book of personal lines clients
  • Providing professional and efficient customer service to all customers
  • Advising clients on changes, claims, renewals, and all issues affecting their policies
  • Use insurance company portals to process client changes
  • Re-marketing policies as required
  • Ensuring quality and productivity objectives are met.
  • Processing callbacks, submissions, and mail in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for providing a high level of service to our potential clients.
  • Promoting company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews.
  • Promoting client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship-building.
  • Working towards meeting and maintaining retention goals

Requirements:

  • RIBO License
  • 3-5 years experience working a Personal Lines Insurance role (CSR)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivation and drive to support clients and enhance customer experience
  • Asset, but not required to have Commercial Lines CSR experience
