Youngs Insurance is giving away $8,000 to four charities, on May 10, 2018, as part of their 108th Birthday celebration!
Toronto, ON (May 1, 2018) – 9:00 a.m. Youngs Insurance Brokers Inc., one of the largest independent insurance brokerages in Ontario, announced that for their upcoming 108th birthday on May 10, 2018, they are giving away $8,000 to four charities. The winning four charities will receive $2,000 each.
Considering the #GiveBackOntario initiative Youngs Insurance established two years ago, it makes perfect sense that they would celebrate their 108th birthday milestone with a charitable giveaway!
During the charity submission and sharing period (April 9 – April 27, 2018) multiple registered charities were nominated. Each nomination featured a touching personal testimonial explaining why the nominee felt their charity of choice should be selected. On Monday, April 30, 2018, the top 6 charities, as voted by the public on Youngs Insurance Facebook Page, were unveiled – Christian Horizons, Ladybird Animal Sanctuary, McMaster Children’s Hospital Foundation, Niagara Children’s Centre, Ronald McDonald House Charities South Central Ontario, Scientists in School.
From April 30 – May 9, 2018, Youngs Insurance is asking the public to get involved and VOTE for who they think should win. The winning four charities will be announced on May 10, 2018.
Youngs Insurance is very passionate about their #GiveBackOntario initiative, as they are dedicated to making a difference in the communities they operate in throughout Ontario. #GiveBackOntario works to inspire and challenge Ontarians to get involved and give back to their communities; as does their 108th Birthday Charitable Giveaway.
