#GivingTuesday is a national giving day, which falls on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 - the Tuesday following Black Friday and Cyber Monday. #GivingTuesday Canada has become a giving back movement that encourages citizens to think about others during the holiday season.

Join Us + Get Involved with Empowerment Squared
Since 2008, Empowerment Squared has turned community support, partnerships, donor gifts, and thousands of volunteer hours into life-changing programs in Hamilton.
Through innovation in education and sports and the development of social skills, Empowerment Squared has empowered over 3,000 newcomer, refugee, racialized, and marginalized youth and families in Hamilton. Through the power of learning and mentorship, they continue to help thousands of children and youth recognize their abilities and realize their dreams.
Empowerment Squared’s ground-breaking approach to youth empowerment and family support programs are transforming marginalized communities through leadership development, academic success, and access to post-secondary education. Working with various community partners, academic institutions, school boards, and hundreds of diverse mentors, they are determined to break the cycle of poverty by developing educational pathways and building vibrant communities.
