The Tregunno Team at Youngs Insurance does not operate like a traditional insurance brokerage. We’re looking for a new team member with their RIBO License to join us in our small, boutique insurance office in Burlington. We currently have a need for a Portfolio Manager CSR to help manage our personal lines portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Servicing a book of personal lines clients
- Providing professional and efficient customer service to all customers
- Advising clients on changes, claims, renewals, and all issues affecting their policies
- Use insurance company portals to process client changes
- Re-marketing policies as required
- Ensuring quality and productivity objectives are met.
- Processing callbacks, submissions, and mail in a timely manner.
- Accountable for providing a high level of service to our potential clients.
- Promoting company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews.
- Promoting client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship-building.
- Working towards meeting and maintaining retention goals
Requirements:
- RIBO License
- 3-5 years experience working a Personal Lines Insurance role (CSR)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivation and drive to support clients and enhance customer experience
- Asset, but not required to have Commercial Lines CSR experience
