Youngs Insurance Brokers Inc., a leading independent brokerage in Niagara is now hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative in our Commercial Lines Dept. for our Transportation Portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be RIBO licensed with strong servicing skills coupled with solid communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for the servicing of 5-6 large Trucking companies. Duties may include handling of all driver requests, filings, and certificates for these accounts, in a timely and professional manner- turn around time is key for this portfolio.
