Are you interested in saving money on your car insurance?
When you sign up for the My Driving Discount you will immediately receive a 10% discount on your insurance, however, depending on your driving you could save up to 25% on your next renewal. This offer is available to Ontario drivers and Youngs Insurance customers!
How does it work?
It’s simple, once you sign up for this program you will be sent a Telematics device (pictured here on the right) to plug into your car. This device will monitor your driving behavior; how many kilometers are you driving, are you breaking hard often, accelerating fast or driving between the hours of midnight and 4:00 a.m.?
The device takes the captured information into account and sends it back to Intact who then can personalize your premium based on how you drive. The safer you drive the more you will save! However, you do not have to worry, this program is risk free - your premium will NOT be increased and you can opt out of the program at any time.
